If you like busy, loud, and over developed beaches, Topsail is Not for you -- Topsail Island is quiet, peaceful and uncrowded. It offers a quaint beach town, with fishing piers, shops and galleries owned by Islanders, good seafood restaurants, and a relaxing, casual atmosphere. And best of all, it offers the beautiful beaches for walking, shelling, boating, surfing, and possibly seeing some Loggerhead turtles. For a little more hustle and bustle, Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are fun day trips - Wilmington is just 30 miles away and offers movies, the U.S.S. North Carolina Battleship, shopping and more. Golfers will enjoy a large variety of first class courses.
Undiscovered beaches like this are few and far between - I know you'll love it as much as I do!
