Boothbay Harbor Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1200 - $2900 per week; $175 - $200/night. $25 - $50 linen rental. 7% tax.
- SHOULDER SEASONS & SUMMER: Seanook is rented by the week only, Sat to Sat. $2700-2900/wk. June 23 - Sept 11, 2012.
FALL & SPRING: Two night minimum at $200/nt or by the week at $1400/wk for 2 people + $30/nt each additional person up to 9. September is still summery, but the nights are cool and there are fewer people around. Prime color weeks will be those starting Oct 9th and 16th. 2 nt min.
WINTER: Rent 2 NIGHTS & GET A 3rd NIGHT FREE! 2 ppl $350, 4ppl $450, 6 ppl $550. Oct 29, 2011 - May 18, 2012, two night minimum.
SPRINT BREAK: 4 ppl for the price of 2 at $1200/wk; 4ppl, $1400.
In Winter TWO PEOPLE may rent Seanook for $1200 per WEEK (+ $30/night each additional person) + 2 FREE NIGHTS; 10% discount for all groups if you rent 2 consecutive weeks.
SPECIAL MONTHLY RATE IN WINTER: $1000/mo + utilities for 1-3 months, Jan, Feb, March + $2000 refundable deposit, ONE MONTH MINIMUM. $1200/mo + utilities, April & May, one month minimum. $4000/mo June utilities incl - More WINTER SPECIALS! Lower weekend rates: $350(2ppl), $450(4ppl), $550(6ppl) for 2 nts + a 3rd nt FREE!

You may bring your own linens or rent ours for $50/stay ($25 for just two people) for the whole house. 7% state tax.
A $1000 non-refundable security deposit (or 1/2 rent, whichever is less) is required in advance per week, and is included in your total rent. After you contact us, we will email you our 2 brief contracts for you to print, sign and return with your deposit to hold your time. As damage deposit, on your arrival you must sign a credit card release form authorizing charges should we find damage, replacement, or excessive cleaning necessary after your stay. As an alternative, we will accept an additional $600 to deposit in our escrow account and issue you a check within a week of your departure.

Bedroom 1 - 1 king, 1 baby crib, Request in advance for two twins instead of the king.
- The MASTER bedroom, bedroom 1, has water views on three sides. It has a king bed that can be changed to two twins with advance request. The SECOND bedroom has a queen with a long view from the bed looking down the bay. The THIRD bedroom upstairs has two twins which can be converted to a king if you ask ahead. You can watch the lobster boats leave from the head of the bay from this room. The double bed is a HIDE-A BED SOFA on the first floor with a movable wall which we can install if you prefer privacy over openness and views. We suggest that you see the space before we put up the wall. We can do that for you after you arrive if you want it then. The downstairs bathroom is adjacent. Also on the first floor is a chair-and-a-half which expands into a SMALL SINGLE in the sunroom. The latter space is not private.
