- 5 Bedroom rate is $2800.00 ; 4 bd - $2600.00 ; 3 bd - $1500.00 ; 2 bed $1300.00 ; 1 bed $1100.00/wk
- 5 bd rate is $2800 ; 4bd - $2600 ; 3bd - $1500 ; 2bd - $1300 ; 1bd - $1100. $500.00 deposit required to hold unit for 1 to 3 bedrooms. $1000.00 deposit for 4-5 bedrooms. Balance due upon arrival.Tax not included. Cleaning fees apply when renting less than 5 bedroom rate.
- This oceanfront home can be rented as a whole to sleep up to 10 people (2 people/room) or rent individual bedrooms for fewer guests. You can choose to rent the property as one, two, three, four or five bedrooms for maximum flexibility of your group !!! Cleaning fee is $125.00 for 1-3 bedrooms and $250.00 for 4-5 bedrooms. You may clean house yourself and save on this fee.

Cocoa Beach House Details
Shuttle & Rocket launches: Plan your trip around a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral Air Station or a space shuttle launch from Kennedy Space Center. The rocket launch pads can be seem from the 2nd floor balcony or on the beach. The oceanfront house is located close enough to either launch type that the window will rattle !!!
Orlando Attractions / Disney World / NASCAR: Cocoa Beach - Cape Canaveral area is the closest beach to Orlando attactions such as Disney World, Sea World, the Orlando Convention center, and Universal Studios. The drive time is about 45 minutes from the house. Orlando airport is only 30 minutes away. Daytona Speedway is only 50 minutes North of this area and we have less traffic and people than Daytona Beach !!!!
Beach Time: The beaches here are not crowded like the ones in Europe according to our international guests. The beaches here are mainly for a slower paced family-type activities, if you want a 'party' atmosphere try Daytona or South Florida beaches which have a greater night life which also includes higher prices and heavier traffic.
