Walk or ride a trolley to the sugary sand beach with emerald water -- less than 300 yards away. The home is just two blocks from a biking/running path that extends from Rosemary Beach to Seaside and Grayton Beach. Rosemary Beach is within walking distance to the east. And the championship Tom Fazio Golf Course is just one-half mile to west at Camp Creek Golf Course. Activities on-site or nearby include hiking, biking, golfing, tennis, miniature golf, fishing, shopping, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling. diving, boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet-skiing, and shelling. Also nearby are amusement parks and restaurants.
