I can offer a very special rate to those guests who wish to stay for 4 weeks or more. Please ask for quote & send me an e-mail with the period you are considering this. Generally I will discount any re-booking by guests of 10% if taken up within 30 days of departure date.
I maybe able to offer late checkouts if no other guests are arriving on the same day as your departure. Likewise an earlier arrival time could also be arranged if no one is leaving - Can you please state where you live if you enquire?
Minimum stay is 4 nights. If staying less than 7 nights a cleaning charge of $120 shall be added.

Heated spa with cascade into pool. The Pool and Spa have a child safety screen, and selection of pool toys are provided. Lanai, pool deck and pool are covered with mosquito mesh to provide mosquito free evenings. Door leading to large grassed area. Mature external planting.
