Please add 16% state and local accommodations taxes and booking fee. If paid by personal check, we wave 5% booking fee. All rates include initial supply of linens, towels and departure cleaning.

A wall mirror above the sofa brings the ocean view into your living room. The remodeled bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed. There's a full bathroom. A fully updated kitchen has new cabinetry, and modern appliances. You may not need to use or move your car; dozens of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and attractions are within walking distance. Enjoy the short walk to Coligny Plaza, home to quaint little shops, entertainment, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, movie theater and bakery, as well as bars, outlet shopping, boating, miniature golf, and sightseeing are all within a few miles of the villa. There are two outside pools on the complex, equipped with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing, both available for guests. There's a boardwalk for easy access to the beach. And there are outdoor showers, and an observation deck with lounge chairs for basking in the sun during the day, or to enjoy the beautiful southern sky during the night.
If you enjoy grilling, a couple of charcoal grills are waiting for you on a wooden deck, surrounded by manicured landscape of myrtle bushes, palm trees, and Spanish moss. The complex offers covered parking under the building, off-street parking, and an onsite condominium manager. There are also security gates, which are accessed by code, for guests' protection.
