Remodeling was just completed on this gorgeous, two-bedroom condo. Everything is brand new! There is a fully-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, and a separate dining area. The living room has a full-size mattress futon. There is cable TV in each bedroom and the living room. And there are laundry facilities on site. Enjoy sun tanning, swimming, surfing, parasailing, jet-skiing, and other water sports. Surfers will enjoy the ECSC Surfing Championship. The condo is conveniently located in the 'resort area' with many activities at the boardwalk (one-half block away) including concerts, art and music festivals, fireworks, bicycling, and rollerblading. It's just minutes from the Virginia Marine Science Museum, Ocean Breeze Family Park, deep-sea fishing, golfing, tennis, and plenty of great restaurants. It's just a one-half block walk to the oceanfront and boardwalk.
