The Muscongus Bay area boasts some of the best sailing (or motoring) on the coast of Maine and is just minutes away by boat. We welcome your well-behaved dog with prior approval and an additional fee -- please inquire. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house. **Additional photos available please e-mail**
You can be at the famous Moody's Diner, local supermarkets, gas stations, and drugstores in less than 15 minutes. Yellow Dog Cottage is conveniently located for easy day trips to all of coastal Maine's summer attractions. It's just 45 minutes from Boothbay Harbor, and from the Camden, Rockland, and Rockport areas. It's 90 minutes from L.L. Bean, Freeport's outlet shopping, Popham Beach, and Reid State Park. And it's just two hours from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. Nearby community theater at the renowned Waldo Theatre is just minutes away.
