Sonoma Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $3990-5500 per week.
- Low Season - November 1 through March 31st $3,990 per week or $695 per night weekdays, $995 per weekend night (Friday and Saturday). Two Night Minimum Required
Per extra guest: $100.00 per stay (not per night) for more than 14 individuals staying at the Villa, including children.
Comment: Low season. - High season is April 1-November 1st. We have a one week minimum during high season, April 1-Nov 1, unless Villa is still available 30 days prior to your arrival.
**** We have a one week minimum ($5500) for all rentals from April through October, UNLESS it is 60 days prior to arrival!
The weekly rental rate during high season is $5500, including all taxes.
If the Villa is not rented 30 days prior to your arrival, we are happy to rent it to you by the night, the rate is $1200 per night, plus a 9% transient tax, during high season. Just email to check availability - 30 days prior to your arrival. Off season presents an excellent value, as the villa is $695 per night weekdays and $995/night on the weekends, and $3990 per week, plus 9% tax tax ( in Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb and Mar)
Rentals are Sunday to Sunday, during high season, apr 1-nov 1, and have no restrictions during LOW season.

- Master bedroom on main floor has a king bed, two bedroom upstairs: loft bedroom has a queen, 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen, with a full bathroom in between. Downstairs, opening up to the swimming pool on the bottom floor, is a bedroom with a queen and adjoining full bathroom. There is an Italian leather queen sleeper sofa in the den on the main floor with the large screen TV. There is a half bath near the den on the main floor. On the bottom floor, there is another queen sleeper sofa in the sitting room Additionally, there is a queen bed in the wine cellar bedroom! The Villa comfortably sleeps 12. Bed breakdown: Master has a king bed. Two upstairs bedrooms (one is a loft bedroom) have queens each, with a full bath in between. Downstairs bedroom opening up to pool has a queen with attached full bath. Separate Den on main floor has an Italian leather queen sleeper sofa.
