    Non Saturday-to-Saturday stays are possible during the off-season. Stays of less than one week are also possible.

Balboa Island House Details

There is also a rear patio with lovely plants, a water fountain, propane barbecue, and patio table with four chairs. Wireless Internet service, telephone and cable TV provided. The boardwalk that encircles the island is one of the most scenic spots around. During the summer you'll often catch sailboat regattas in the harbor, and see pelicans and the occasional sea lion. This boardwalk is off-limits to skateboarders and bicyclists; so it's the perfect place to enjoy peaceful walks. The home's amenities include a washer/dryer, a garage (one space in a two-car garage), cable TV, VCR, DSL, and local telephone service. The fully-appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher and a microwave. There is one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, one full bed, and one twin. Additional color photographs of this home are available via e-mail. During the summer months, this home rents on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis only, with check-in at 3:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am.
