South Lake Tahoe House Details
The adjacent family room is paneled in pine, and has a cozy fireplace appliance gives a wonderful ambiance for those cold winter nights. There is a 32 inch cable TV with a DVD and VCR. Also downstairs is the fourth bedroom, which has a comfy queen sized bed. It has a 25-inch television & PlayStation. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, which are all elegantly furnished and dressed in brocades, velveteen, and tapestries. The master bedroom has a 20-inch television, while the other two bedrooms have 19-inch sets. The master bathroom is spacious, and features double sinks and a very relaxing whirlpool bathtub. Every room is ready to be enjoyed.
In the 2005 winter season, the garage was converted into a game room, which has a Pool Table and Foosball Table! Come have a great time!!! This wonderful home is located in Montgomery Estates -- off Pioneer Trail in a very private area of homes with primarily full-time residents.Almost any place in South Lake Tahoe can be reached within a five- to seven-minute drive, including the lake, casinos, ski resorts, and shopping outlets.
