This three-bedroom/two-bath home features lake views, Big Squam shorefront, and a dock. This pond is a haven for loons. Enjoy glorious views, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy the deck and hot tub. Dock space is available; so bring your boat or rent one. There is parking for two cars. Amenities include linens, towels, a washer, dryer, and a gas grill. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher. The dining room seats six. There is weekly housekeeping. This is a wonderful vacation getaway for two or three couples. The home is within walking distance of Walter's Basin Restaurant, Squam Lake Natural Science Center, and local shopping. Rattlesnake and White Mountains, and Franconia Notch are just a short drive away. Portsmouth and North Conway, New Hampshire, and Woodstock, Vermont make great day trips.
