A $250 deposit is needed to secure your reservation. Upon your arrival, it becomes your damage deposit which will be returned to you after your departure. - We have a 'Snowbird special', where during September 2012 through May 2013 the rate (for 6+ weeks) is a discount of $100/week.
We also have a monthly rate that is a $50 discount of $50/week.
