Zephyr Cove House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1500.00 -- $2400.00/week
- * Normal holidays - $475/night - minimums vary
* Christmas (12/19 - 12/26) $500/night with a 5 night minimum, or 7 nights for $3000 (Discount - $500 savings) .
* New Years (12/26 - 1/2) 7 night minimum at $525/night
Any reservation made over 90 days in advance of the arrival date has a 7 night minimum.
Any reservation made over 21 days in advance of the arrival date has a 4 night minimum.
Reservations made within the last 3 weeks prior to arrival have a 3 night minimum.
There is a 2 night minimum for any fill-in reservation made between two existing reservations.
* Please check our personal website for further multiple mid-week /night discounts, last minute discounts and cancellations.
* No smoking / No pets
* 10 person maximum occupancy
* Please note, rates subject to change without notice. - Please inquire about one of our other homes. We have four South Lake Tahoe Rentals to choose from, and all of our homes have either Foosball Tables and/or Pool Tables and Hot Tubs, plus great locations. Our homes have some of the best rents in Lake Tahoe, so please take a look at all of our homes. They include the Tahoe Ski Chalet, Skyland Retreat, Zephyr Cove Chateau, and the Black Bear Chalet.
