Your own private get-away to year-round surfing, World Class Golf courses or taking in the local area and nearby attractions. Located in the most sought after area for vacationing in San Diego and close to all; Encinitas, between Carlsbad and Del Mar in north coastal San Diego. Encinitas is known for being the flower capital of the world, a combination of three communities that include Leucadia and Cardiff by the Sea, each having their own distinctive flair.
This little oceanfront community has only 6 duplex style homes with their own private entrance and decks. The two vacation rentals have identical floor plans, with the master bedroom and bathroom above the living room, and the queen bedroom to the opposite end at the lower level. The second bathroom is next to the bedroom on the entrance level, as is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. The parking is directly adjacent to the particular home.
