Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Monthly rate is for 4 weeks
- A $100 deposit required to hold a one-week reservation, $200 for two week or more reservation. Balance plus security deposit ($100) due one month from occupancy. Security deposit returned within one week of departure, (less any incurred expenses, naturally).
