Alpine Meadows Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Winter.. Thanksgiving to April 15........... $175
Spring .. April 15th to June 15th $120 nightly
Summer .. Jun 15-Labor Day ........ $145/night.
Fall .... Labor Day up to Thanksgiving .. $120/night.
Discounts if stay is longer than one week 2night minimum
10% Tax will be added to your stay along with a $70/2 $100/4 Cleaning fee
A Refundable $300 Security Deposit is added & will be returned
if left appropriately.
