The first floor has kitchen, living/dining room combination. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the second with a full bed. The bathroom has a shower (no tub). There is a TV in the living room with DVD Player. Outside deck has Charcoal Grill and patio set for those after beach cookouts.NOTE: LINENS (SHEETS/TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL.
