The 2nd floor features a bedroom with 3 twin beds & AC unit, full bath with tub & shower & master bedroom with a queen bed and AC unit. The washer & dryer are in the basement, there is a gas grill on the patio for BBQs & an outdoor shower (not enclosed) for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Unit has cable and high speed internet. NOTE: LINENS (SHEETS/TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL.
