Two night minimum during most of year except summer which is by the week only from Sunday - Sunday
One nights deposit required to reserve. Balance due six weeks prior to occupancy.
Owner reserves the right to keep full deposit if cancellation is made less than six weeks before arrival. With return of deposit, $100.00 will be kept as a cancellation fee.
Guest shall receive a letter of confirmation as well as a packet of information regarding property and area. - 10% occupancy tax
$100.00 cleaning fee ( linens provided and housekeeper cleans before and after guest visit)
$200.00 refundable security deposit if all is left in good order with nothing broken or removed from home

- In order for our Combie Lake House to provide accommodations for larger groups, beds will need to be shared as well as trundles and couches utilized in living room. Besides the four bedrooms that can sleep ten if beds are shared, there are also two queen sofa sleepers in the living room. Because of the size of the cottage, it is recommended that larger groups only use the 1800 sq foot home during summer months when there is no threat of rain and people can be outside for most of the day.
