The larger bathroom at the other end of the apartment off the entry hallway has a shower and was renovated in a ‘retro’ style with warm earth-colored tiles and old-fashioned style faucets. A second 'WC' is located next to this bathroom in its own separate room, typical of old French apartments.

- The master bedroom follows, with its ample double bed, a second TV, antique wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. All three of these rooms have antique crystal or bronze chandeliers, creating a cozy, old-world feeling. At about 120 sq ft. each, the two courtyard bedrooms are spacious enough to accommodate two guests each. The first courtyard bedroom has two twins and the second has a queen-sized bed.
