Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates for 1BR/1BA Cottage from $95/night to $155/night, based on season & length of stay

Minimum stay is 5 nights. Maximum capacity for the 2BR/2BA Cottage is 6 persons; for the 1BR/1BA Cottage it's 4 persons.
***Rates are for 4 guests in the 2BR and 2 in the 1BR. Add $10/night for each additional guest up to the maximum.
A fully refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $200 is required.
Prices are subject to change until confirmed, so please contact me for a complete quote for your stay. Mahalo! - Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your trip, a full refund minus the fee will be issued. If you cancel within 60 days, the refund is based on our ability to re-sell your reserved dates.

Lahaina Cottage Details
The cottages are for people looking for something other than the usual, crowded, condo/urban rental -- but still want to be minutes away from a wide array of sophisticated entertainment and activities. As I say, "Far from ordinary, close to everything!" The cottages are all new construction, and thoughtfully furnished. They come with all amenities including private phone lines, answering machines, laundry (and supplies), and satellite TV, among other things.
