A fully refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $200 is required.

If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your trip, a full refund minus the fee will be issued. The cottages are for people looking for something other than the usual, crowded, condo/urban rental -- but still want to be minutes away from a wide array of sophisticated entertainment and activities. As I say, "Far from ordinary, close to everything!" The cottages are all new construction, and thoughtfully furnished. They come with all amenities including private phone lines, answering machines, laundry (and supplies), and satellite TV, among other things.
