Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Deposit of 50% due upon reservation with balance due 4 weeks prior to rental. Cleaning fee is due with second payment. No refunds will be granted past 4 weeks prior to rental. A property damage fee of $500 is due with reservation and is totally refunded upon inspection.
- Check in is on Saturday at 3pm.
Checkout time is the following Saturday at 10am.
