And there's a NEW sofa sleeper that opens out to a queen-size bed. The condo is completely furnished. It is clean, well-maintained and tastefully decorated. All you need to bring is your toothbrush, swimsuit, and suntan lotion. Watch TV on our new 50-inch, big-screen TV/VCR. It's wonderful! We're conveniently located within walking distance of weekend festivals - just eight short blocks away. Bars, restaurants, and shopping are all close by.
