- Reservations/Security Deposits:
Once you request a reservation for specific dates, you will be provided with a rental agreement. Return the signed rental agreement along with 50% of the stated rental for the period AND a $500 refundable Security Deposit to hold your rental.
Payment:
Payment must be received within 5 days. Failure to return the rental agreement and/or make the required payment within 5 business days will result in cancellation of your rental. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% of the rental and the Security Deposit are due with your signed rental agreement. - Cancellation Policy:
Upon written notice of cancellation from tenant, advance rent payments will be refunded if unit is re-rented, less a $100 cancellation fee. If the unit is NOT re-rented, NO REFUND will be issued. Please consider Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect yourself against unexpected cancellations.
