- If you sleep 2 in each bedroom, plus 1 in the loft Twin Bed, that's 9. But 2 more could sleep on the pull-out couch in the playroom - and there is one more twin mattress that was part of the original Trundle Bed up in the loft - but that comfortable twin mattress now has to just sit on the floor, since the spring trundle no longer works. This floor mattress is still very good for a child, teenager, etc, however. So in total that's 12...So 9-10 comfortably, 12 at most...
