- Vanities are made of barn wood, and have maple countertops, Grohe gooseneck faucets, French lavatory sinks, handmade terra-cotta tile floors. The doors are real wood (not hollow) and the house is designed to resemble a barn, with beams, a rolling barn door on the kitchen, ships stairs to the loft (which has two sides of balusters so that it looks out at both the great room and also the dining room.) The inviting kitchen has a hidden Sub Zero 700 refrigerator flanked with antiqued raised panel doors and hand-forged iron handles. The spice cabinet is an antique carved cupboard with glass doors, the kitchen walls are planked with white pine boards. The two stainless undermount sinks in the granite countertop have a Grohe faucet and replica barbershop faucet. Open shelving allows you to grab or put away the charming dishes without the waste of effort of cabinet doors. The beamed ceiling has a pot rack, windows to the woods, antique sideboard, and more

- Ocean views from the King and Queen bedrooms, views of the koi pond and woods. Master bedroom is very spacious (room for pack-n-play), and has an antique small footed tub with peeks at the ocean while you soak. Wood plank floors throughout, french doors to walkway to ocean deck, acres of conservation surround the house (there are a few neighbors, but you can't really see them once you are at SandyToes...a very private location, and so unique in that How Often do you Find a House Tucked into the Woods at the Ocean?...not very often.

Notes:
This multi-level hilltop home is comprised of many level changes. Although they are connected by short runs of stairs, this can be a challenging house for a mobility-impaired guest. We wish it were not so, but alas, even my mother could not navigate SandyToes. For an excellent, very accessible home just a mile away, please see our beautiful Tamarack Lake Estate which has most features easily accessible and at grade.
Bay Shore Mini Lodge is another oceanfront listing which is suitable for our less mobile friends.
