- Bedroom #1 has a queen sized bed with storage underneath, built in dresser, open closet, dressing table and stool, toilet, sink and jacuzzi tub. It also has a separate entrance to the deck. A CD player is in this room. Bedroom #2 has an elevated double bed accessed by a 'ship's ladder', a built in dresser and closet with full length mirror beneath the bed. Bedroom #2 also has a TV with VCR and DVD player that can be viewed from the bed or swivelled to be viewed from the window seat or lounge chair. There are a number of VCR's in the house library as well as books and games . Extra blankets are available for chilly nights and several fans as well as a ceiling fan in the living area. There is no air conditioning but it is rarely needed with the closeness to the ocean and the cross ventilation of the house.

The washer and dryer are in the basement area not the kitchen.
The elderly would find the house very relaxing but they need to be able to negotiate the stairway.
Because the house is elevated with an open deck and stairway we feel that it is best suited for older children or infants. Please inquire. WiFi is being installed for the summer of 2009. It is also widely available around town. Free at library and town green, small fee at YWCA
Housekeeping is included at the end of a stay but not during.
The woodstove can also be used open for viewing the fire behind a screen.
