There is a half-day charge for early check in and for late check out if you need it to be guaranteed. If there happens to be no one checking out or checking in on the day you are moving in / moving out, we're happy to give you free early checking and late checkout so long as it's during business hours.
There is a $45 reservation fee and a 3.5% credit card fee charged by our local management agency. You can also do a bank wire if that works better for you.
You can request maid service for an additional fee. ($50 per visit at the time of this writing.)
