- If you should cancel WITHIN 60 DAYS of arrival date, you can reschedule for a $ 100.00 fee. The $ 100.00 fee shall be deducted from your deposit, and the balance will be held as credit on file for one year. HOLIDAYS ARE 90 DAYS NON-REFUNDABLE
If you should cancel PRIOR TO 60 DAYS of arrival date, you have the option of the following:
Reschedule for a $ 100.00 fee. The $ 100.00 fee shall be deducted from the deposit and the balance will be held as a credit on file for one year,OR you may cancel your reservation. A night shall be deducted from the amount paid and the balance will be REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
