Perry Hotel (in the north tower of building) is undergoing $100million renovation. If during your stay the renovation causes the balcony to be unusable or if at least one pool is not open, you will recieve a 25% refund of your rent at the same time your security deposit is returned. - Security/Damage deposit of $500 is charged to your credit card on all first-time rentals. This deposit is credited back to your credit card within 72 hours of your departure.
