Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Administrative Fee is $150 (includes all cleaning, utilities, maintenance, etc.)
- BOOKING PROCEDURE: Once renter and agent agree on terms the first step is to provide deposit (see below for cancellation details). After the deposit is collected Agent will send renter a lease containing; reciept of deposit, check in and out procedures, rules and regs, all rents and fees. Renter will then return lease with valid identification and provide credit card for security deposit. At this time we will have an agreement and renter will receive full welcome packet with local activities, local dining guide, contacts, emergency procedures.
- Refund Policy: All reservations are subject to a 6% state sales tax. These additional fees will be charged based on the full rental amount. The fees will be applied to final amount due prior to arrival.
A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival, the reservation is subject to a cancellation fee of one night's lodging. Reservations canceled 44 days or less prior to arrival are not refundable. There are No exceptions.
A valid credit card and copy of drivers license is needed prior to arrival. This will be taken as a security deposit. The credit card will be charged 30 days in advance automatically if a check is not received by then.
There will be a 3% transaction fee for Visa and MasterCard charges and a 4% fee for American Express or Discover. This will be added during checkout
Wyoming state sales tax is 6%. Resort lodging tax is 8%.

Teton Village Condo Details
This unit is a bottom floor condo of nearly 800 sq ft with bright and sunny east facing living/kitchen area. It also has a ski locker for less clutter in the unit. There is a wonderful ANTIQUE WOOD STOVE from Scotland and firewood to warm this ski getaway. The unit was recently remodeled to include all new wood floors, interior pant, new counter tops and all new appliances. New couches, and chairs as well as new beds and dining table and chairs. Designer comforters and pillow cases round out the interior decorating.
This unit is professionally managed by Apex Real Estate and Property Management, meaning a renter has the knowledge that it is in good working order and professionally cleaned. Apex offers a Property Manager that can be reached during regular business hours for questions or concerns and has a 24 hr emergency response as well.
The check in procedure has been streamlined so there is no need for guests to waste time at an office to check in, rather you are free to go directly to the unit and begin your vacation. If you look at the competition in this area you will see that this is a quality rental at a competitive price.
