Carmel Valley Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Regular time: $550/night (2 night minimum) .. or reserve 6 nights for $2,750 - the 6th night is free! .. or $8,250/month.
Rates listed are good for up to 8 people. Add $50 per person/per night if more than 8 people.
Plus $225 cleaning fee, and $1000 refundable security deposit.
Well-behaved dog is welcome - with additional $200 refundable pet deposit.
Up to 3 horses are welcomed at $25 per horse per night (self care).
Premium time includes (but not limited to:) ATT, Concourse, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Fourth of July. Premium time rate:$700/night or $3,500/week.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. - U.S. Open 2010 still available! Call for details!
