- A deposit of 25% of the rent will be required to confirm your reservation. The remainder of the rent and the refundable security deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded according to the terms of the rental agreement within 7 days of departure.
For rentals of two months or longer, rental payments may be made on a monthly basis, beginning on day of arrival and on the same date for each month thereafter. The last payment, for a partial month, will be prorated based on the number of days remaining. There are no cleaning charges, except for undue cleaning as determined by owner. All details are specified in the Rental Agreement which owner will provide.
