Santa Monica House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Monthly Rate is $5000; Weekly Rate is $2000; Stays of less than one week are subject to availablity and may only be booked within 2 weeks of your check-in date. NIghtly rate is $325. There is an additional $150 weekly cleaning fee. Reserve a room by providing us with your Credit Card Details or a $2000 refundable security deposit. You'll also have a lease to sign. The entire rent is due up front and must be received two weeks prior to check-in date. We accept all major credit cards through Paypal, cash, cashier's checks or money orders. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, and children must be at least 8 years of age. The Loft House is not child-proofed, so renter must assume all responsibility for the safety of any child on or in the property.

Private, Enclosed Garage with Remote Control: You will have exclusive use of an enclosed and private two car garage that is opened with a remote control. Inside the garage is a stackable, frontloading, brand new Washer & Dryer. You will also find two beach bags, beach chairs and beach towels here for your pleasure. You may enter the Loft House securely from the garage, or your visitors can enter from the sidewalk on 10th Street.
