A $200 refundable damage deposit is required, as well as a signed Lodging Agreement.
A 3-hr cleaning fee is included; a $30/hr excessive cleaning fee will be taken out of damage deposit.
No smoking is allowed in unit or on grounds; is so, a $75 fee will be taken out of damage deposit.
No dogs are allowed in unit or on grounds; if so, a $35/pet/night fee will be taken out of damage deposit.
