Hollywood Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rate subject to change without notice.
Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate (swimming pool, gym).
Check in time is after 2.00PM and check out is 10AM.
Maximum occupancy: maximum number of guests is limited to four(4) adults and two(2) children.
Cancellations 30 days or closer to reservation non reimbursable (only if other vacationer rents the unit for that same period).
Payment of 100% of the rental rate is required to reserve the unit. This is applied to the room rent.The advance payment is not a security deposit.
The security deposit is due 15 days prior to check in.If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of check in, payment will be only reimbursed if another tenant taking the same days is confirmed.
If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-nights amount. - The security deposit of $500 is required to be cashed before check in. A check can be used to pay this if delivered at least two weeks ahead of the starting day of the rental. Also can be paid through a credit card as a 'hold' only., not a charge.
The deposit automatically converts to a security deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent, and is fully refundable upon departure after checking the unit, if there is not any damage to it.

- Den/2nd Bedroom has walk in closet, 1/2 bathroom and a twin size convertible sofa-bed (could sleep two children). Den can be fully closed with sliding japanese doors. All unit has beige carpet in excellent condition. Another sofa-bed is in the living room, sleeping up to 2 more. There is an additional inflatable single size air bed for an extra person.
