- We do not make any additional charges for pool heat!
- A non-refundable deposit of $250 per week is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the reservation date. The owner reserves the right to cancel if the remaining balance of the booking remains unpaid 6 weeks prior to the reservation date.
All bookings made less than 4 weeks before the reservation date are payable in full
$250 security deposit required prior to check-in date. Will be refunded within 30 days after checking-out as long as no damage is made to the villa.

- When you stay at our villa you are guaranteed to have a very restful holiday. Our 3 bedrooms are fitted to the highest standards. Our master bedroom has a king size bed, bathroom ensuite, walk in closet and personal safe. It also has its own patio door that opens to the pool area. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, spacious closet and a wonderful view of the pool and lake. Finally the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, spacious closet and a view of the front garden. All of our rooms have cable TV’s and DVD players and all linens and towels are provided
