- A non-refundable deposit of $250 per week is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the reservation date. The owner reserves the right to cancel if the remaining balance of the booking remains unpaid 6 weeks prior to the reservation date.
All bookings made less than 4 weeks before the reservation date are payable in full
$250 security deposit required prior to check-in date. Will be refunded within 30 days after checking-out as long as no damage is made to the villa.

Area Information: We’re just minutes away from the gates of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. With so many other attractions in the Orlando area you will find that our vacation villa offers the perfect starting and ending point for your busy day. We are also right next door to some of the finest golf courses in the country such as the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. If you enjoy spending some time on the beach, we are only 1 hour away from Coca beach.
