- Initial Reservation Deposit: $500 per month (within 10 days of verbal/email agreement). Once received, this deposit guarantees your reserved dates. The $500 deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days after your departure, subject to unit inspection. The first month's rent, including taxes and cleaning fee, is due 60 days prior to arrival check-in date. Cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation 60 calendar days prior to your agreed upon date of arrival, your $500 deposit is fully refundable, minus a $50 service fee. However, if you cancel your reservation 59 or less calendar days prior to your agreed upon date of arrival, your $500 deposit is not refundable. We do not accept credit cards for the security deposit. If using a credit card for payment for rental there will be a 3% service fee added to your total. Our weekly rate on is based on actual usage days of our monthly rental. Usage days determines rental rate for your monthly rental. Additional fee's for xtra guests.
