Suitability:: * No Pets Allowed: No pets and no service animals are allowed at Oceanaire. Oceanaire is not designed to accommodate handicapped guests who cannot negotiate stairs. * Not Suitable for Children: Oceanaire is designed as an adult retreat. The verandas do not have railings that would spoil the view and so toddlers could face a two- to three-foot drop to the ground. * Minimum Age Limit for Renters: No youth groups, school groups or college groups of any type, whether chaperoned or not, are allowed at Oceanaire. * Smoking Not Allowed: Absolutely no smoking inside or on the verandas is allowed at Oceanaire. Any evidence of smoking will result in complete forfeiture of deposit.
