Deposit Fee to secure your dates will be $250. The deposit fee is applied towards your final payment which is due 10 days before you arrive for your stay. Guest will take care of any losses or damage to our home their is renters insurance that we do offer for your trip the cost is about $39.00 for your stay.
$85 cleaning fee will be charged to the guests who stay under 6 days. Please call or email us if you have any questions we also will do considered pets to stay in our home. Please call or email us.

Many of the family's have stayed in our home and have returned many times for the privacy of the pool and our home. The Guest who have stayed in our home have expressed to us and in the comments of the many memories that they have had in our home for years to come. My wife and I would like to thank all of the Guest that have stayed in our home and look forward to other family's staying in our home. We certainly as a family have had many wonderful and great times and memories on our Florida / Disney trips in our home. Please consider our home for you next trip.
