If notice of cancellation is received more than 45 days prior to arrival, 90% of the payment will be refunded. If notice is received fewer than 45 days prior to arrival, regardless of the reason for cancellation, 90% of the payment will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented for the entire period of the reservation. - Special Comments:
Daily maid service is not included, but is available upon request for an additional charge. Pets are not allowed with the exception of guide dogs. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. At check-in a credit card imprint is required for incidentals. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Pool towels and complete set of bathroom towels and laundry detergent. The kitchen usually has some sugar and salt and pepper but that is not guaranteed. Look in all the cabinets and under the sink for supplies. There should also be dish soap and dish washer soap such as Cascade.
