- There is a $190 cleaner's fee. Summer/fall nightly rate of $225 with a 3 night minimum. Holiday rate $250 per night with 3 night min. 10% tax. There is a $49 non-refundable damage insurance.( Insurance sponsored by Homeaway) Over 7 people? add $75 per person per rental.. 30% down upon booking, balance due 45 days before arrival.

Payment methods: credit card or check thru Homeaway, mailing check, Swift bank wire, PayPal.com for money transfer, bank transfer and credit card. - BOOKING IS EASY! All I need from you is your home address, home and cell numbers. Then I email you the rental agreement that includes address of rental, deposit amounts, balance dates, and void date. We have a void date giving you enough time to complete the reservation but can not hold reservation beyond that as we do have lots of inquiries. (If you are booking with-in 45 days of arrival- the total payment is due. If booking more than 45 days only deposit of 30% is due on receipt. All that is outlined in the agreement.) You print out, read, sign and send back to me in the mail if you are paying by check. If you are paying by other means then you scan back your signature. Then, after I receive payment, I sign and scan back a copy with your key code for the key box by front door. You do not have to go to an office for key on arrival or departure! That’s it! Everything is there!. Just bring your personal items. You are booked and on your way to your fabulous Florida vacation.

- Bedroom #3 (we call it the cabana pool room) is approx. 320' square feet- so large it has a sitting area. It is located downstairs by the pool and completely separate. It is not connected by an interior stairway lending for perfect privacy. Bathroom for that bedroom is just across breeze way as is the wet bar (cook top,sink and small fridge). We call it breezeway because THERE IS USUALLY A BREEZE! The bedroom has a king size bed and a pull out couch that sleeps one. There is a single or queen size inflatable mattress available.
