Paypal is used for collection of the nonrefundable deposit of $300; an email will be sent to you w/ the PayPal address (URL) and you can use your credit card to pay for the deposit. Paypal does the conversion from dollars to euros/pounds, etc on your credit card.
The rest of the rental rate will be collected in cash (in US Dollars or in Euros) at the time of your arrival at my house by my cousin who will there to greet you and give you the keys, etc.

- Master bedroom has satellite TV . The window faces out back of house w/ a view of the local orchards, vegetable gardens, and the valley. There is no air conditioning however due to placement of house on top of hll and front and back windows, the house is relatively cool in summer. There is no lift.
