Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $500 security deposit required, 3% surcharge on credit card purchases.
- The above rates apply to parties of ten or less. Rates are negotiable for larger parties. Please contact us for any questions. Security deposit will be returned within ten days of the completion of your rental unless there is notable damage to the house or items missing. A full inventory of the house is done by an independent contractor before and after every rental to identify any issues.
- 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, while the remainder is due 30 days prior to booking. Cancellations more than 60 days in advance will result in a full refund, while cancellations more than 30 days in advance will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 30 day notice will result in loss of full amount of rental. We will happily work with you on cancellation issues. If you cancel and we can re-rent the house for the time you were supposed to be there, we will refund your full amount. Please note that we cannot grant last minute cancellations for weather or other 'unforeseen events'. We will do the best we can to accommodate early or late check-ins and check-outs, but generally check in is 4:00PM mountain time and check out is 11:00AM mountain time.

- There are three bedrooms with king beds, while the fourth bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed for the kids. The loft upstairs has a queen bed. In addition, there is a queen futon in the upstairs loft along with two queen sofa sleepers (one in each living area). Pricing for the house is based on sleeping 10, but with the futon and sofa sleepers, larger parties can be accommodated. This will be handled on a case by case basis depending on the makeup of the guest party (ie number of adults and number of children).
