- The bathrooms in the two downstairs apartments were just completely restored with glass block enclosures for the showers and all ceramic tiles around. An Outdoor shower in the master bathroom is unique and a desired location for all to try and enjoy. Hand painted ceramic sinks were inserted into new ceramic tile counters in the master bathroom.

- There is a variety of sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom has a king size bed. There are three queen size beds. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds which can be made up as a king size bed if necessary. All the bedrooms look out to the turquoise waters of Great Bay. Fine linens are used on all beds and colorful bedspreads are warm and cheery. There are actually three kitchens in the villa with a refrigerator right near the pool for refreshing drinks. The two private apartment suites on the lower level have a bedroom and a sitting area in addition to the kitchen and bathroom.
