Waimanalo House Summary

The Coconut House will fit your family and make you feel right at home. The house is decorated in native Hawaiian style with elephant bamboo and tropical design. The yard has a nice sitting area and whirlpool... and the plants are all sexy. The spacious upstairs master bedroom has lush carpeting and a super-comfy king bed. French doors open to a private balcony with an incredible view of the Ko'olau Mountains. Amenities include cable TV/DVD/VCR, a phone, hot tub, and laundry facilities. We also have boogie boards, snorkeling gear, a barbecue, and beach chairs that you can use while staying here. The full kitchen opens to the dining room and living room; the cook is never left out of the group. The details are what make this a special home in Hawaii. This house has been completely renovated and remodeled, with new tile floors in the living room and kitchen, and new carpet in the bedrooms.

All our properties are located in the same neighborhood in Waimanalo, a small town on the East side of Oahu. We are about 30 minutes from the airport and Waikiki/Honolulu and Pearl Harbor; about 45 minutes to the Polynesian Cultural Center; about an hour from the North Shore. Our houses are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, all close to Waimanalo Beach. 5 miles of white sand, islands off shore, no tourists to speak of. We have a local bakery that have fresh, hot donuts in the mornings, a couple of Mom/Pop grocery stores, a surf shop, a local art gallery, and a couple of take out plate lunch places. You can get to bigger grocery shopping and a Costco within 15 minutes of the house.
