Base cleaning rate = $175.00. Extra cleaning charges (ie. cleaning in excess of $175.00 will be deducted from security/damage deposit - actual cleaning invoice will be provided on request where in excess of $175.00).
$500.00 refundable security/damage deposit required to confirm booking. 50% rental rate to be paid to confirm reservation. 50% remaining rental rate to be paid within 30 days of arrival.
We use PayPal so all major credit cards may be used to book a reservation. - Rates include all utilities, high speed wireless broadband Internet, cable TV and unlimited long distance within North America.
Rates do not include cleaning charge. Base cleaning rate of $175.00. Any extra cleaning (ie. in excess of $175.00) will be deducted from security/damage deposit.
