Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day).
- Minimum 50% non-refundable deposit required with reservation - prefer personal check. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. VISA & Mastercard accepted when paying for full amount of stay; or, for the balance due portion only - cannot bill credit card separately for both the deposit, then again later for the balance due, as the credit card processor charges for each transaction.
Other: $200 Personal check for Security Deposit Required at Check-in: to be returned upon departure, assuming no claim(s) made against deposit.
Mid-Week Specials - 20% off Advertised Rate (4-Nights with a Monday Ck-in & Friday Ck-out) MAY be available where an availability exists between another party checking out on a Monday and another party checking-in on a Friday - IF calendar shows an availabity as described - please ask about it if interested.

Notes:
A wonderful & rustic retreat - NOT hotel like accommodations - our family refers to a stay at the camp, sometimes for weeks-on-end, as sophisticated camping - a very basic but relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the everyday life most of us lead. Screened porch across front of camp overlooking river/valley has six (6) wicker rockers and several occasional tables. Smoking Not Allowed inside camp - porch is OK. Issues to be aware of, especially renters with children, a very high/steep bank in front of camp overlooking river and the proximity to river are potential dangers. Also, poison ivy, insects (mosquitoes, spiders, etc) and other wild critters (non-poisonous snakes, raccoons, skunks, coyote, red fox, porcupine, opossum, deer, bear, etc) are part of the natural environment along the river and care should be taken to keep reasonable distance when observing. Waterfront is rocky - OK for launching small boat/canoe/kayak. (2) single-place kayaks available for rent.
