A 50% deposit of the rental fee, taxes and exit cleaning is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept all major credit cards. A $500 security deposit is applied to the credit card on or about the day of arrival. This is a temporary hold on the funds -- not a charge to the card-- and is released shortly after departure. Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
